Vendor Partner Program Partnership FAQ
 

Our company recognizes the value of partnerships with our fellow industry vendors.  The wedding industry is a tight network of local and regional business dedicated to helping create the most memorable occasion possible.  We do this not only by performing our own duties with skill and dedication but extending our knowledge to our clients by referring qualified vendors to help with parts of their event that we cannot.   This is not an affiliate program.  You will not be joining LinkShare or any other program tracking software.

Our partnership is a two- way street; not only will you receive a generous commission when selling our services; once approved into our program we will add you to our "Links we Love" page and recommend you to our wide range of clients as well, if need presents itself.  It's a win-win situation for everyone!  Our program is open to anyone in the industry, photographers, planners, florists, clergy, musicians, etc. 

Do you have a wholesale program?
 

We do not offer a wholesale program at this time.

Do you offer a print catalog?
 

We do not have a print catalog at this time. However, you may download a brochure detailing our services for your client's review.   o

What is your turnaround time?
 

Since we are a custom design business, each product has a different lead time which is dependent on whether personalization is required and if the item is currently in stock. Please see individual products for specific processing times or give us a call. Our processing times DO NOT include shipping transit time. We offer four different shipment methods: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next-Day services via Federal Express.

What type of discounts to you extend to vendors? 
 

We offer a generous 15% commission only orders presented to us via a Vendor Partner.   We discount the purchase 15% allowing the vendor to maintain the profit or pass the savings on to their client as a value-added benefit of business. 

How do I become DIVA Vendor Partner?

Please send us an email or call us at 1-800-399-3175 with the following information to sign up for the Vendor Partner Program (only a limited number of vendor partners will be accepted).  You must be a licensed business and established for a least one (1) year to qualify: 

1. Your Name

2. Business Name

3. Address

4. Telephone/Fax

5. URL

6. Type of Business

7. Company Background (how long in business, services offered, etc)

8. Best time to reach you (a.m. or p.m. and time of day)

9. Any questions we can answer about the program

10. How did you hear about us?

We will get back to you within 48 hours with status of application.  This program is subject to change or be canceled at anytime at the discretion of the company. 

Can I use images or other content from GIFTDIVA.NET or MiniMasterpieces.net on my site for marketing purposes?
 

Both the Mini Masterpieces and the GIFTDIVA.NET website and content are protected by copyright. You may use images and content from our websites in the promotion of our products on your own website, however all images must be used in the sale of the product through our Vendor Partner Program and be attributed to us. If you have a special circumstance that requires the use of any photos, product images or content in a manner that is not consistent with the above, you must contact us for written approval prior to use of any such content. Using images, descriptions or other content from the site without attribution to our company is strictly prohibited.
